- All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service
- We will provide a tracking number via email when the order ships
- Local delivery orders going to Mammoth Lakes, CA will be hand delivered by one of our employees and will not include tracking. Please provide a physical address, not a PO Box, so we can drop the order off at your doorstep.
Refunds/Returns:
- If you cancel your order before it ships you will receive a full refund
- We will accept returns of new/unused product within 60 days
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs on return shipments
- Please contact us before you send any product back
