Shipping Policy:
  • Free shipping on all orders
  • Most orders are shipped within 2 days, not including weekends
  • If we cannot ship your order within 2 days you will receive an email informing you of the ship date
  • All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service
  • We will provide a tracking number via email when the order ships
  • Local delivery orders going to Mammoth Lakes, CA will be hand delivered by one of our employees and will not include tracking. Please provide a physical address, not a PO Box, so we can drop the order off at your doorstep.

Refunds/Returns:

  • If you cancel your order before it ships you will receive a full refund
  • We will accept returns of new/unused product within 60 days
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs on return shipments
  • Please contact us before you send any product back
