The owner and Founder of Faultline395 was featured on a podcast produced by local real estate agent Joseph Bogorad. In addition to being a Mammoth Lakes Real Estate agent, Joseph is a bit of a social media influencer with almost 30K followers on Instagram and a very informative YouTube channel. You might wonder what an outdoor apparel brand has to do with real estate. Well, MammothBNB is the sister company to Faultline395 and it is responsible for managing about 20 short term rental units in Mammoth. The businesses are unrelated, other than being under the same ownership, however, it is expensive to start a clothing line and our property management business helps pay the bills. In the podcast we discuss how much money you can make with an Airbnb in Mammoth Lakes, the housing crisis in our community, and I tell a few Airbnb horror stories. We also discuss Faultline395 and how it was started and where the brand is headed in the future. We even discuss our origin story, before we rebranded to Faultline395, when we were known as The Mammoth Brand and how Mammoth Mountain informed us that they did not like our name.
